A Committed School :
Our charity work

Solidarity and mutual aid are values that we wish to encourage within our school. We believe that learning also means taking concrete action to help those who need it most.

Nos élèves participent activement à ces projets à travers des marches sponsorisées, leur permettant de prendre conscience, à leur échelle, de la réalité du monde qui les entoure.

Our projects over the years

2024

A Montessori programme supporting 500 children and 40 teachers in 10 schools in the Coffee Bay region. The association is working to train teachers, stabilise nursery schools and create Montessori materials adapted to local needs.

2023

Support for Kaïcedra, an NGO active in Africa in the following areas:
✔ Training mechanics, teachers and cooks to support local communities.
✔ Building women's clinics and improving food security.
✔ Reforestation projects to combat desertification.

2022

Fundraising and equipment for Northern Lights Aid (NLA), an NGO helping Syrian refugees in Greece.

2021

Support for Léman Hope, a Swiss organisation offering cruises to children recovering from cancer, to help them regain their confidence and balance after the illness.

2019

Partnership with the NGO Nourishing Minds, which builds schools and provides meals for children in the Ekwendeni region. The school raised funds to help build two school kitchens, enabling many children to benefit from a daily meal.

2017

Organisation of a sponsored walk to fund Montessori equipment for three classrooms in the Tibetan Children's Village (TCV) in India.

2025

The Cédric Martin Foundation, named after the geologist and humanitarian who was tragically killed in 1996 during an aid mission in Burundi, supports sanitation and water access projects in disadvantaged communities.

This year, the foundation is funding the renovation of a school for 70 pupils in Bandivan, Armenia, with new bathrooms, taps and a modernised kitchen. It has already carried out similar projects in Nicaragua, India and Armenia.

💖 An educational and human commitment
Through these projects, our pupils discover the power of solidarity and learn that every gesture counts. These experiences enrich their school career by developing their empathy.
Together, we're continuing this wonderful humanitarian adventure, showing children that commitment can really change lives.
